"Are We Letting Them On?"

Those are not the words you want to hear when you finally make it to the gate, baby in tow, to catch your flight. Thank goodness, they decided to let us on. Chris and I just didn't leave enough time this morning...our own fault...and I was scrambling to get through security, to have them test her milk, to put my shoes back on, etc. It was Southwest, so no assigned seating. I knew that the last thing the rest of the passengers wanted to see was a last minute passenger with a baby, looking for a seat. Long story short, I ended up in the back next to a nice couple from Kittery, ME. And Layla was fidgety, but overall awesome, on the flight. Phew!

We're in Warminster now and it's fun to have Layla seeing the sites of my childhood! More later....
