Layla had a very sleepy morning and early afternoon. This is one of the few wakeful moments she had. She looks like a big girl in her overalls.
I think she was resting so that she'd be in a good mood for her visit with....

Hopefully in the next couple of years, Layla will be able to travel to London to visit Fiona. And we'll have to get to Upton (much closer!) to visit with Jane and Chris. Thanks for the visit today!

Your mother is tough. Not even two months old and she is dressing you and work clothes. Next thing you know, she'll be scanning the want ads for you, You look very cute--wear those clothes when you and I work in the garden. Love, granddaddy Ralph
Wow! I have not seen Fiona and Jane in ages. Or you guys. Sigh....who would have thought Salem would feel like the other side of the world.
