We tried to enjoy every minute outside that we could today, given the forecast of nothing but rain for the next week. After our weekly adventures at Starbucks, music class, and the library we headed out to Westford for their Apple Blossom Festival, which was basically a small carnival. Layla was able to go on several rides, including her first real carousel.
On the way home we hit up the
Kimball's Farm ice cream stand in Carlisle. Note: you need not order anything larger than a "kiddie". I don't know how much ice cream they think a kid can eat/needs, but apparently it's a LOT! Layla enjoyed saying hi to the goats and chickens while she ate her ice cream.
