The Stone Zoo

It has been a hell of a week at our house. Can I say 'hell' on my kids' blog?? I think so. The stomach bug and the flu did some serious damage around here, but we FINALLY seem to all be on the mend.

Daddy ran a fever for 3 days and so in an attempt to let him rest yesterday, I took the kids to the Stone Zoo. It's kind of a small zoo, but the perfect size for us, and only 25 minutes away. For anyone back in PA, it's similar to the Elmwood Park Zoo.

Layla had a blast and particularly enjoyed the flamingos...and the playground :).
