Hair

We are fascinated by Layla's dark hair. We knew that one meaning of Layla is "dark beauty" and we laughed because we just knew we would have a blond child, given that both of us were blond as children. So here she is with a fair amount of dark hair...it seems to be black. Totally took us by surprise. Of course, it may fall out and come back in a lighter shade. We'll have to wait and see if she really does end up living up to her name!

The thing I love most about her hair is the cute little cowlick right in the front. So adorable!
