Ski Bunny!

We finally fulfilled a long-time dream of Daddy's....we got Layla on skis! Here she is at Nashoba Valley.

Almost ready to ski! Kind of creepy how Chris's face is missing!

Daddy taught Layla how to put her coat on all by herself.

Snow Day

Today was our third snow day in two weeks. At this rate, we may be going to school until July!

Mommy and the kids are starting to go stir crazy, so we tried to mix things up today with some fun projects.

Later in the day, Layla spent a good amount of time entertaining Josh, singing her songs to him, asking him questions, and explaining things to him. Was pretty precious to watch.

New Friend

Josh and two-week-old Trevor had their first (of many) play date yesterday. They slept through 90% of it!

Jumping Beans

Josh discovered his Jumperoo this weekend and Layla had a blast at the open house for a nearby indoor play space...she kept returning to the bouncy house.

Uncle Jim!

Uncle Jim was in town over the weekend and the kids had an absolute blast with him. Layla is still asking for him and gets a frown when I remind her that he went home. She's been talking all about the fun things they did together.....letters, books, play-doh, etc.

For some reason, while Jim was here Layla decided to have two of her worst nights of sleep ever....a 4:15 wake-up and a midnight scream fest. Sorry, Uncle Jim!

My Aunts Rock!

Aunt Christie lent us this fun chair, which is way more exciting than the old chairs that Josh had. Aunt Meredith gave Josh this shirt, and yes, Josh's aunts do rock!
